Terms of Use

Agreement and scope

By using this website, you agree to these terms as they apply to your access to and use of the Canada Play Compass directory. The directory presents general information about independent gaming platforms and links to their own websites.

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. Please read it alongside these terms.

Using the directory

You may browse the directory for personal information and follow a listing to learn more from the destination itself. Use the website lawfully, and do not interfere with its normal operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems.

Choosing whether to visit or use an external platform is your decision. Review that platform’s own terms and notices before proceeding.

Directory information

Listings and descriptions are provided as general editorial information. Platform details, features, eligibility, and availability may change, so confirm current information directly with the relevant destination.

A listing or description is not a guarantee that a service is available, suitable, or unchanged. The destination’s published terms and policies apply to its services.

Third-party services

External destinations are operated independently from Canada Play Compass. When you follow a link, you leave this directory and interact with the destination under its own terms, privacy practices, and other notices.

We do not control the content or operation of external websites. Questions about an external platform or its services should be directed to that platform.

Responsible use

Please use the directory respectfully and only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse its content, disrupt access for others, or misrepresent the directory or its relationship to an external service.

Before using any external service, consider its terms, privacy information, and requirements to decide whether it is appropriate for you.
